I hired Michael Harman to handle a personal injury claim related to a car accident after an issue with a previous attorney. Michael was prompt to respond, kept me informed through the entire process, and settled my claim for more than three times any offer my previous attorney obtained. Michael took on an EEOC claim I filed and did an excellent job from negotiating to settlement. He kept me updated along the way even if he was just waiting for a response from the employer that was taking a while so that I wasn't left in the dark. He's always friendly and pleasant to deal with and given that I live 90 minutes away and we're in the midst of a pandemic, it was very convenient that documents and forms were able to be sent or completed electronically. He guided me through the settlement process and was able to secure a better settlement than I was prepared to accept based on where negotiations began. I wouldn't hesitate to use Michael again or to refer clients to him.
