Good Morning I am writing this victim impact statement so that it can be understood the impact this accident has has on my life and continues to have on my life and always will. I am the one who wakes up nightly still to this day with sweats from the dreams of the sounds and reliving the truck hitting me over and over again. I am the one who can no longer drive out of an 8 mile radius only if the traffice is moving slowley. I am the one that when a dump truck or a truck comes near me while driving shakes from my feet to my head and has to call my husband or 84 year old mother to talk me so that I can drive to work or home. I am the one that when we have to travel somewhere which I can no longer drive herself anymore to. While my husband is driving I am in the passager seat shaking cries the whole way there and all the way back.I am the one who no longer get to get out and go places and enjoy life anymore because I am to afraid to leave home because I am afraid someone is going to hit me, I am the one whoms life has been turned upside down by this accident. I am the one who still has day's that her disc's buldge and can barely sit or stand for long periods and walk far distances, I can't even walk my dogs hardley ever any more. All of this is now my life since the accident August 2022 when the dump truck hit me. And this will continue to be ongoing for life and will never go away,

My case involved a workers compensation claim against a medical facility. From the moment I met Chris Miranda, he and this company had my respect.
