        They canceled my daughters party though an automatic email and never called to explain. They did send me a txt 18 hours after the cancelation email came through only after I gave them a bad review on their Facebook page. Which I would not have done if I had at least received a phone call explaining the situation. Then they got mad when I would not remove my review and posted my personal phone number and email on their public page. The police was going with me after work today to have them remove it and now they have me blocked from the page. How unprofessional can you be. I have screenshots to prove everything. I would definitely not recommend them and would give them 0 stars if I could.

        EGL came out for my daughter's 10th birthday party and did an amazing job! They exceeded our expectations! My daughter had the time of her life! Her friends all want a party like that now! The best part for me was I didnt have to worry about a thing! I highly recommend EGL!
