Be aware the third party valet service is unethical. While staying at the Omni Charlotte the valet service damaged the master window switch on my minivan. They took the damaged part and tucked it into an inconspicuous spot so when I opened the door it wasn't visible. Halfway home I went to open the driver's window and couldn't because of the damage. $400 later it is repaired but the supervisor of the valet crew will not accept responsibility for his team's damage. Don't leave the Omni until you thoroughly check the outside and inside of your car. Also, I would make the valet personnel stay with you while you check it over. Since they are unwilling to acknowledge their missteps you need to overcompensate for their failure to be honest.

I go to the Charlotte Athletic Club to use the gym. Was there for 1 hour and 20 minutes and therefore parking is validated since it is within 2 hour window. My ticket did not work upon exit and stated I owed $3. Some man who probably works in the garage accused me of staying past the 2 hour window for validated parking and demanded that I pay the fee. Extremely rude and condescending.
