        This was my go-to place to safely park somewhere for free when visiting southend since 2019. Went last night, and they installed a new paying device and was charged $28 for only 3 hours!

        I wish I would have not followed my friend to park there and instead park on the street since spots were available. Who would've thought my car would've gotten broken into and had my stuff stole. Life lesson learned! I got the number who is responsible for the parking garage but sadly they will not pick up my calls nor return any. Disappointed
