Ive used Uptime every time I come home in Charlotte. Prices are very reasonable and I never have to worry about my truck and trailer not being secured. Reserving a spot is super easy through the Truckbays app and if theres any issues, someone is always available to help. I will for sure use Uptime each time I need parking at home!

I had difficulties making a reservation for parking using the app. I called them and Jack helped me. When I still couldn't get it he helped me out by getting me in the gate and trusted me to call later that day to speak with Kris who walked me through it step by step. After having a very long day, it was nice to talk to someone who took the time to make my day a lot better. Whenever I'm in the Charlotte area overnight, this is where I will be parking. The lot was very clean and not overcrowded. Thanks so much Jack and Kris.

This lot is a dream, the gate really works!!!!The security is excellent, the customer service that you get is first class! I actually spoke with the owner who is a real person, he listened and his staff does the same! Uptime parking is a quality ran space which they deliver top customer service and care! Thank you guys for everything you do!!!!
