We had a great experience with Advance getting "in and out" quickly for a re-roofing project. There was minimal disruption to our lifestyles. The workers were on the roof at sunrise!!

I own a 2 story Charleston style home. My HOA requested me to make some repairs or receive a fine! They were all cosmetic updates. They required I repaint/touch up the front exterior wood and metal trims, three metal awnings, all front window shutters and 8 HUGE columns. I got free estimates from many businesses but chose Advance Painting & Roofing in the end because of their many good reviews, reputation, experience, honesty, warranty and reasonable pricing!!! They completed the job while I was not even home but far away in CA. After I came home, Wowow, I was impressed and very satisfied. So happy and relieved that I did not come back to a mess or any issues at all. Im a loyal and repeat customer now.

My rental property recently was re-painted by Advance Painting in just under 2 days. The estimate was spot on and these guys did a wonderful job paint matching the original interior color. This brand new paint job did wonders right before my new tenant moved in. They also did a great job patching/filling and covering up some big holes in various spots. Baseboards they repainted look brand new again! During the walk through, they determined which areas to do and what to leave alone, sparing some cost which was important. They come highly recommended!

Advance Painting did an excellent job painting my home. Britt was very communicative, professional and courteous. The crew that completed the work was prompt, friendly and professional. Work was completed in a timely manner and they are reasonable priced. I would definitely recommend Advance Painting!
