Im very dedicated to Americas Best, I live over an hour away so when I came to get an eye exam and new glasses I had to have them mailed to me, when they arrived the box was in perfect condition but one of my glasses frames were scratched which makes me assume its a manufacturing problem so I called to have them replaced an Missy was very professional and very kind she understood and helped me get them replaced, Im very thankful for the amazing customer service Ive received there in person and over the phone.

Such an upbeat vibe I felt. Great personalities and laughter from the staff beginning to end. Missy was definitely a joy to be around with. Professional and hilarious. She already knew what I was thinking and what I wanted before soon as I would start my question or statement. Love it.

Makes the DMV look like a fast food joint.
Prepare to wait. And, wait. And wait. And then wait some more.
First visit, waited over an hour to see the optometrist. After an hour after my appointment time, I was still 3rd in line. Rescheduled for the first appointment of the day the following week.
At the rescheduled appointment, even being the first in line, I waited 35 minutes after my appointment time slot before seeing the optometrist.
Their systems could not pull my insurance, either.
2 Stars as the lady at end was (eventually) successful of getting me my contacts and glasses prescription.
Bring a few books to read if you go to this location.

The office help wasrude and very unprofessional. Lacked gentleness and was preoccupied with all things outside. Very loud and ghetto. The optometrist I saw was great and very pleasant and explained everything to me.

very good service and attention. The doctor was also very kind and professional. but when I went to get my glasses they had a different prescription I hope they fix the problem
