        I was extremely pleased with my experience at Visionworks. They were extremely patient with me trying to help pick out the best frames. The young gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He also worked very hard to get the best discount available.

        They don' t know why but somehow my order was "cancelled". I inquired after 2 weeks why my glasses were still not in. They don't know why. But assured me that if I just keep waiting, eventually they will show up. Said they resubmitted my order. I'll try Warby Parker next time.
