I stopped in today to see if I could get help with my nose pads on my glasses frame. The nicest technician, Lori helped me with getting the pieces replaced and even cleaned my glasses for me. You are fortunate to have someone that is oriented towards customer satisfaction as is Lori.

Since I recieved eye glasses from this place I complained that something is wrong couldn't see well , then they had to do vision check one more time and the result came out same as previous one ...lens is very thick and too much reflection unlike the glasses I got from same place the previous year , now I got pain in my left eye due to defect lens...and I have to use the old glasses.....after complaining about this issue to supervisor his response ," Nothing I can do here for you " a rude way ...I have 15 month insurance .One star is too much for this place.

I picked Target Optical after seeing and reviewing the extremely positive feedback about Dr. Natalie Sanders. She was excellent and it's easy to see why so many patients have taken the time to provide her with positive reviews. Despite their being a heavy patient load on the day of my appointment, I never felt rushed. My examination was thorough, and she took time to explain everything in detail to me. In addition to be professional, she is also very polite and friendly and made the overall experience very positive. I would recommend Target Optical with Dr. Sanders to anyone who is looking for an excellent Optometrist.
