Patrick is amazing! Very supportive and very knowledgeable. He did an amazing work with my 14 year old son (soccer athlete) and also my self. He helped me to get back on track. Highly recommend!

My experience with Nutrition HealthWorks has been fantastic. I reached out to them in preparation for my first half-marathon a few months back. My dietician provided new tools and suggested some practices that have already improved my running and my overall health (down several pounds already!). Food being kind of a fraught topic for me, I am so thankful that the staff at Nutrition HealthWorks worked with me in a caring, thoughtful way.

Patrick is a fantastic support partner and really helped me not only decrease my A1C by providing dietary support but more importantly getting me in the right mindset to make the healthy changes in my life, and encourage me through some tough personal issues as well with healthy habits and small changes. thank you, Patrick, for all you do!

I have been working with Nutrition HealthWorks for about 6 months now, and cannot say enough great things about my experience with the company and with my Nutritionist, Patrick. While I didnt have poor food and exercise habits when I first started my sessions, I definitely had things I had questions about, wanted to work on, and goals I wanted to achieve. I was issued an easy-to-follow meal plan and began reframing habits and changing my relationship with food and exercise in a very healthy way and steady progression. I now feel confident in my ability to make healthy choices on my own. Im continuing to work with Patrick so that I can look and feel my best for my upcoming wedding. Cannot recommend this company enough!
