        I came for an oil change & tire rotation. I had a great experience as usual. Keep up the good work!!! UPDATE: Yesterday 7/1/23, I left East Charlotte Nissan speechless! Shout out to the ENTIRE staff!!! Management, Jamel & the service department EXCEEDED my expectations. The customer service is ALWAYS on point! It's the reason I continue to be a loyal customer. I'm looking forward to many more years to come!

        Best car shop dealer Ive been too everyone here is so nice and I got helped with one of the managers Sam he was so sweet that man definitely needs a raise helped with so much and got the perfect car!

        Drive 45 minutes to look at a 2014 truck priced $20,800. KBB price was around $18-19,000 - drove it liked it THEN told taxes, fees, add ons, etc. Out the door price was $28000!!! It's a 2014 truck!!! Beware do not when shopping for a use vehicle don't go to this dealership.
