Top notch nail salon. Frenchies is my favorite nail salon due to their use of vegan polishes and none of the sanding/toxic chemical smells you find at other salons. Staff is friendly and professional. 100% recommend for those looking for an elevated spa nail salon experience including hot/cold neck towel wraps and beverage offerings.

this was such a lovely experience. the inside was very clean and they explained how everything was sanitized to prevent any cross contamination. i am normally apprehensive about going to salons that i have never been to before because of the fear that it might not be very clean but this place was immaculate. Khyah did such a great job on my nails and i would 100% recommend.

Our implements are all sterilized in an autoclave and we purposely don't have jets in our tubs to ensure they are completely sanitized for our guests. We visited Frenchies Charlotte with my daughter and 2 granddaughters for mani-pedis, which was an Excellent experience. We were greeted immediately and taken on a tour of the facility including the cleaning and sanitation process that was very impressive. The staff were very patient with our young girls and all staff were highly experienced and attentive. Highly recommend!
