Waited well over 45min past my appointment time. They couldve just asked me to come back but didnt. Please have some professionalism and stop playing with peoples time. She does good work but her attitude is just nasty. Set my appointment for 530 and dont get serviced til 615. Mad at my review but should be mad at your poor planning.

I gave this salon a 5 star rating a couple years ago. Unfortunately, the quality of service has seriously deteriorated. The manicure I just got was sloppy and the technique for nail care was simply bad and harmful to the nail. This used to be my favorite place, but some serious re-training on healthy nail care is needed. I told the front staff I thought my manicure service didnt go well and literally all he said was Im sorry to hear that and didnt ask for any details or how to improve the experience. The owner of the salon should probably address that lack of customer service (mani plus pedi is $95, so not cheap).

I have been here so many times and every single time I go I always have a great experience! All of the techs are so kind to me and they treat me well. I cant recommend this place enough! :)

Fantastic every time!! My new go-to place!!! Updating this because I got a French set by David a few days ago and these nails look SOOO good. I keep thinking about it, he did an amazing job and was so fast too. Seriously!!!
