Most reviews are based on the previous management that was wonderful. The new management took over Oct 2022, so you should only read most recent reviews!
I have been coming to this shop for years, but it is under new management and is not what it used to be. The first time I went after the change in management, the tech was rough, rushed, and split my skin with the drill. I still came back because I made an appointment with the only tech I knew from the previous management. They did not honor my appointment and she had just started on another customer, so I was going to have to wait. I have a flight this evening and decided to leave. I will NOT be returning.
