        I booked 2 services online the day before and the booking was confirmed. I arrived stated I was there for my appointment for a full set and pedicure. My full set was almost complete (which I absolutely LOVE bc the tech who did my nails is fabulous & professional) and I was abruptly told I would lot be able to receive my pedicure. It was very unprofessional and upsetting bc I have an important event tomorrow and do not have time to come in before the event to get a pedicure. I will not be returning to Vi Nails & Spa after this experience.
