Really pleased with the ease in which Units delivered a storage container to our home. We were able to keep the unit on site for a month while storing home items during house repairs. The service was first rate, from securing the reservation to delivery and pickup. It was a breeze. We were also pleased to have a unit that was clean on the inside. The doors also sealed tightly, to keep out rain and other outdoor elements, keeping our contents and items nice and dry. We definitely recommend Units for storage.

We had our unit for just under a month, and we were able to get it placed and picked up very quickly. The process was very easy, and the customer service is wonderful. It was also the best price around by quite a bit. I do not plan to move again any time soon (over it), but if I do, I would definitely use UNITS again.

Wow what a joke. I recommend that you stay far away from this company. I used them for over a year. Im that time they lost my pod, Called 2 different times telling me they were on there way to deliver it when I had NEVER called them to do so. When we were ready for them to deliver it we had to cancel because our house wasnt quite ready and we called them to let them know but they still tried to deliver it 2 different times even though we had cancelled. Then at the end I called them to say that we were done with it and ready for final pickup and I was told it was scheduled for Saturday pickup but yet again they showed up a day early with no warning and beat on my door. I work 3rd shift so I was sleeping at 8:30 AM and wasnt ready for my dogs to go nuts but still. And again I call the office and Courtney was very nice and apologetic but then she sends me to the office manager who proceeds to tell me she talked to me and that she was doing me a favor by coming early. A favor? Wow stay away from this company.
