If I could give 100000 stars I would! Kendra was amazing through out the whole process. So much patience and very communicative. We were lucky to have worked with her thanks to our realtor who recommended us to her. I just want to say thank you Kendra for everything! Tony and Michelle are a first-class team that made this experience so easy for us. There are a lot of reasons, but I'll summarize it into three big points.
1. They took their time to explain all of the steps. Not just what they needed us to do, but WHY they needed it. They care..they really care about this being the right move for you and they
2. They stayed on top of deadlines and other details that made this transaction easy even though my wife and I were both very busy.
3. The online secure portal made uploading most of the documents really easy. At closing, it was much faster because we were able to get many of the signature docs done ahead of time.
In closing, I highly recommend Fairway Mortgage and especially Tony Cirone and Michelle Beamer. I will always come here when these opportunities occur.
