I recently went thru my first time home purchase, and happened to drive by Savvy Solutions in Mint Hill on my way home from work one day and am extremely glad I did. I worked closely with Carol and thanks to her diligence in her work, patience with me and how particular I can be, as well as the speed and all around courtesy and pleasance of the whole experience. She was a delight to work with and got me from contract all the way to the closing table in only 30 days!! I hope to be in this home for a long time, but if I do decide to consider another purchase in the future, I know who I'll be using! I'd recommend Carol and Savvy Solutions to anyone in and around the area looking for a new home. I'd even recommend them to my own mother.
