Our home was inherited following the death of my father and we dealt with a number of obstacles for over a year before we listed the home. Michael was there for us every step of the way for every intricate detail: from helping us find a probate lawyer, to advisement on remodeling our home to receive the best return on investment, to the sale of the house (where we received countless offers above asking within a day of listing) and everything in between. He went above and beyond whenever we encountered challenges, whether it was going to Lowes himself to secure our appliances, or helping all of the heirs to the property see eye to eye on differences which was no easy feat. My husband and I were in the market to buy our first home and had no clue where to begin with this crazy real estate market.
