Evelyn goes above and beyond. I am the third of my family to work with Mrs. Evelyn and I will not be the last. She is the only relator, friend, champion we go to simply because of the work she puts in and the results she yields. As a first time home buyer much of this process was foreign to me and it could be even more frustrating with the current housing market. Evelyn helped us sell our house before it even hit the market which was great! She helped us price the house to sell and we ended up going well over the list price. Not only did she help us sell our house, she also helped us buy the house originally.
