Candace Ellis

Candace provided me with very valuable guidance and was kind and generous with her time and it was very much appreciated. I have been treated so rudely by many agents who are quick to dismiss my questions but Candace helped me make a very important decision that without her taking the time to look up the property and answer my inquiries, I probably would have a nightmare. I am extremely grateful that she was available and willing to speak with me. This is a testament to her character as a person as someone you would want to work with whether you are buying or selling. We originally hired her to sell our house in Berewick. She came over and took horrible pictures with her phone, over priced the house, and posted it online. No open house, nothing! Had one person view the home. We knew the representation of our home online was not even adequate. After a few weeks, we cancelled the contract with her, went with another agent who took professional photos and measurements, held an open house and within HOURS, we had a full price offer. We moved 45 days later. Candy does have a great personality and I think she may be a good buyers rep, but you may be better off going with someone else for the sell.
