Right from the start, Scott was very upfront with us regarding this non-traditional way of selling our moms home. There were no hidden surprises and he was available as we needed him. We sold the house as is and that was a relief for my sisters and I being we live hours away from moms home. I am less apprehensive about any future home selling ventures knowing that this is a worthy option to consider.

It was a great experience with company / individual who really cares about customer service. Mike went above and beyond to explain the process about property liens and closings etc. Would highly recommend their company when you wanting to sell and it's complicated.
