Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was went in on a busy night. My order from online was over 30 mins late. No sense of urgency, no apology. Just a bunch of employees moving slow, laughing , as the trudge thru to go orders. Maybe the manager on the grill was too busy. Sitting there seeing them move slow and the pile of dirty dishes behind them ,that matched the dirty floor. My large guac was mostly 3 large avocados pieces unsmashed. I tried to put them in bowl and mash myself. I quickly realized why it was that way. I had to use my Vitamix to puree those things. Overall, just awful. If you have to go this chipotle, try to wait for a better one. This one is the place you end up , not the place you imagine in your head that you're going to.

Poor customer service. I tried to order a quesadilla in person and was told that I could only order that on the mobile app. I went out of my way to drive there and order because the online orders are always late and never ready when stated on the app. Good thing other local restaurants appreciate and serve the people that actually visit in-person.

Had the taco bowl with EVERYTHING that was available and it was delicious, huge, and kept the hungries away for the rest of the day. Superb meal.
