$85 dollars for a missed 5 minute virtual appointment. Unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional provider. This place is a scam.

this rating would be zero if available. horrible experience with steele creek since eliza gomez left to go to a better provider. where i used to have a therapy session for $25 every 3 months, the replacement person wants $50 monthly to renew my prescriptions. to make matters worse, he does not want to talk but only dispenses drugs for the fee. i am disabled and had recent major surgery but today i had to drive to the office for my annual screening even though it was done 6 months ago (another double dip) and was told i failed the urine test because i had a ham sandwich on a poppy roll. pee tests are useless and can be faked by anyone if they do the research. if they had a done a true hair follicle test all would be good. in short i now do not have my needed medication over a ham sandwich. they also wanted me to go to all 6 of my doctors and specialists to get letters with my medications because they were to lazy to pick up the phone and call or review my chart. makes you wonder about the quality of their care. after 2 phone calls and a trip to north carolina i must find a new provider and still have no prescription refill.

I had a great experience here. Hannah was very sweet and professional. Zach Wood PA was very thorough. I was very pleased with the appt. and services!

I do not understand why this practice only has 3.4 starts. From my experience they deserve at least a 5. This place is working to help me save myself. I suffer from depression/anxiety and this year has been the worst. The moment I stepped in, the staff were great. I have not had any problems with any staff. The medical records team responds quickly as well as the clinical team. They are always on top of their stuff with me. In the beginning, I was really going through a terrible time. Sean has done his best to get me where I need to be. I still have a long ways to go, but he has always explained every medication he has given me. He has responded to me quickly when I felt I still wasn't doing well and the office got me in immediately. I also see Nick for therapy and I think he is doing his best to help me control my anxiety. Ive only had a few sessions with him, but I know he has provided me with great resources so far. Due to my situation, CEH was quick to get me an appointment with a therapist. Appointments with Sean, I may wait 5 mins at the most, usually way less. For Therapy, maybe a wait time of a few mins or less. I am forever grateful for CEH. Do not hesitate to start with this place.
