This was my first time getting a chemical peel, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Ashley was incredible, and so was everyone else in the office. She was super informative, didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions, and was available via text if I ran into any issues. Scheduling is easy and quick as well. I'll definitely continue coming to De Novo in the future for any aesthetic needs :)

Injector Ashley slayed! I am beyond impressed with the results & she gave me exactly what I wanted. I am a regular, avid medspa attendee. I recently moved and had to switch medspas because mine is back in NYC. Called over 12 places in the area, researched multiple IG injector profiles. I could tell Ashley was by far the best choice for me personally. She did not disappoint, book with her asap. 5/5 consultation 5/5 results 5/5 injector 5/5 professionalism, staff, check-in, checkout process 5/5 Pricing for the area (southend) 5/5 parking was easy She was also very gentle, the pain was very low. I got 1 syringe of Restylane Kysse & I got Dysport in my forehead. I prefer a Russian lip-esq type of look, not full Russian lip. She knew exactly what technique to use & it was similar to what I normally get.

This was my first time getting fillers in my lips, I firstly love the work done and also the whole experience with them and the women who did them named Rebecca explained absolutely everything what would look good how much injection my lips could take and were also lovely to talk to. The follow up 24/7 texting for pics and questions was an awesome experience as well and put me at ease when it came to some bruising. Absolutely recommend!
