    They are rude and unprofessional! They are more concerned with making sure they are not inconvenienced than they are the well-being of their clients. They even hung up on me!

    This is the poorest excuse for a company. It took over 3 hours after hospital had set this up for them to get to my home. The technician was the best part of the whole thing. He was very good at setting it up. After the oxygen was discontinued it took over 3 weeks of calling for them to come get the supplies. They billed the account after the account was closed and today they billed again and it's been 3 months. You cannot get a straight answer or anything else from anyone who answers the phone. Finally had to get a little pushy to get this taken care of. The clients should Not be the ones taking care of this. Poor management and a poor company that Atrium Health in Monroe set up. There are plenty of other companies so no one should have to deal with this one.

    Horrible company, my husband uses oxygen, his out of pocket maximum was reached in March but he is still receiving bills from lincare even though I have contacted them several times. Refused to pay because insurance is paying 100% now and they are threatening to come and pick up the concentrator and his portable as well. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
