Atrium Health Primary Care Steele Creek Family Medicine

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment as they asked for labs. Always having to wait, staff is always not doing anything, just sitting around, instead of meeting the scheduled appointment times. 20 minutes passed my scheduled appointment time and other patients walked in and were immediately seen after I waited. Tried calling to reschedule and I was rudely talked to by the providers nurse, calling me inpatient, having a negative tone over the phone and acting as if she didnt want to reschedule the appointment. This goes on very often at Atrium locations, as far as patient treatment and care. I have since decided to seek another provider.

Convenient location, easy access and appointments have always been on time. Staff is very polite, courteous and professional whether the visit was for lab work or doctor visit. Dr. Singhi and staff are great as well as the lab technicians at this location.

It would be better if there were more doctors who spoke Spanish with their patients directly through intermediaries. I know that English is the language here but it doesn't stick to me. It's very difficult for me and I would like to ask my doctor so many questions, but I'm afraid because I don't know. English I am a patient who needs a lot of answers but I am still in the imbo for the rest everything is super luvi very grateful
