        Dr. Fishel is extremely professional, I feel very confortable with Him,He listened,always takes care about my needs,Hes always nice and kind!!!! I highly recommend Him

        Visit was wonderful, billing...terrible. Got charged for items that should have been part of the Physical, covered by insurance. Called to find out why. Transferred and on hold for almost an hour, told me what happened and that I needed to call the insurance company. I did, and after another round of being on hold and transfers, I was told EXACTLY why it was not covered. Went back to billing and told them what needed to be done. They said they did it correctly and does not need to be corrected. However I was JUST told with specific detail why it needed to be changed, and just a bit. So over 2 hours of time wasted and they will not do what the insurance company needs to cover completely. But why should they care? If the insurance company does not cover it, just charge the patient. Why take 2 minutes to give good customer service. Again, the visit was awesome! Just too bad billing left such a bad taste in my mouth.
