Where do I begin? My mother was moved here a few weeks ago from CMC Main and there have been nothing but issues since getting here. She is currently back in the hospital due to neglect. There are a few wonderful nurses but there are many who dont care at all. My mom has been left in her diaper for hours after calling to be changed. She has been told by a nurse that she didnt have time to change her and walked out. I spoke with a head nurse currently on the shift (Cathy), on the issue and she said it would be addressed. Come to find out a couple days later, my mother was left again in the morning for over an hour in her diaper waiting to be changed, having terrible stomach issues. She called and Cathy told her she would bring her something to help with her stomach yet never came back. She was severely dehydrated and they made her go do rehab then when I arrived later in the evening she was in a terrible state and going unresponsivethis led her to being back in the hospital under the watch. If I wasnt there the current nurse on duty would not have known or checked on her at all. This place is a nightmare. Trying to get a nurse the times Ive been there you just see everyone on their cell phones and socializing.

The wound car nurse Rose is absolutely wonderful and truly caring of her patients. Thank you for your hard work and you kind heart!

My mom was placed here after a back surgery. She was a high fall risk and they constantly wouldnt help her. But the worst was the day I came in and she had a fever and I could see her catheter bag showed signs of infection. They told me a doctor would see her in a few hours. A temp nurse looked me in straight in the eye and told me if this were my mom - I would call 911 and have her taken to an ER immediately. Thats exactly what I did. From this rehab facility - I called 911. Hospital immediately admitted her. Dont trust every nurse or doctor. Be an advocate for your loved ones.
