I had to go to this Urgent Care for a Pre-Employment Physical recently. Everyone there was really nice and helpful. They tried to get everyone seen in a speedy way, and they are very good at what they do. I would definately come back here if necessary.

Optum had scheduled a VA Disability claim Pulmonary Function Test exam for me on 2/1/2024 at 2 pm. When I arrived I was told they did not have me on the schedule. After 30 minutes they finally found my name. I was given a stack of paperwork to fill out, which obviously had nothing to do with the purpose of my exam. Once in the exam room I was given the exam by an office assistant who could not answer even basic medical questions I had about the exams possible affect on my lung condition. She moved a trash can to sit on at the desk, never washed or sanitized her hands, left the room to assist with another patient, still never washing her hands, and then handled the device which I was asked to put in my mouth. She also handled the rubber mask I was asked to breathe through without any sanitation action. She then proceeded to inform me of the quantity of Covid patients they were handling. I am very disappointed with my treatment at a VA approved facility.

Dr. Seward is an amazing doctor. Caring and thorough. I had the privilege of working with him for a few years, and even after I left he still remains one of my favorite providers to have worked with. I would highly recommend his as a primary care provider. I cant speak for check in and check out and other issues because I feel like the best staff was there when I was there.
