Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center

Just entered the ER to see my dad who the ambulance brought in. Security made me empty my pockets go through medal detection and all. But yet I'm setting here watching everyone else walk right in. What gives??

Novant health Presbyterian medical center on baby ward emergency doctor and medical staff, they dont understand feeling of patients and parents views instead they keep patient for really long time. Their aim is not to give quality care but earn quality amount from patient. Hospital staff should check the patient instead of gathering and talking among staff for long time. I really dont recommend friends, family and relatives to go there.

I had an appendectomy at this hospital and I truly feel like I was in great hands! Funny enough I had intended to go to another hospital but got lost and ended up here. Upon arrival the lady at front desk almost made me want to turn around and leave (but thinking I was at the original intended hospital) I decided to stay. Once they saw my symptoms they were quick to get me in and everyone past front desk was so kind. The nurses, anesthesiologist and surgeon were amazing pre and post op. I think I was meant to have the surgery here. I thank our Lord and the wonderful staff for the great outcome.
