All I'm going to say is that if Catrina is your "specialist", double- and triple-check the information she gives you. I was told I was getting disability, but according to the SS website, I was DENIED disability and I'm getting regular retirement. This is all life-altering and -changing information, and life decisions rely on correct info! I'm so disgusted rn.

I worked as a CNA in the day room for seniors. I absolutely loved my participants and would go beyond for them however management and co workers intensified my anxiety and it was very depressing to the point I had to quit I felt like the movie GET OUT the CNAS where treated less than and often told to do things that others didnt want to if you spoke up you were fired saw this firsthand however some of the CNAS were unprofessional and tend to bully new ones

Do not , Do not leave your loved one here. They say all the correct things to lure you in. They ACT as if they really care .These people are all about money, billing and getting paid. They claim to be there for the caregiver as well as the consumer. Not!!! All about the almighty dollar. Your loved one will lack care due to them not being linked with care they need such as podiatrist. You may have to wait forever to get linked to an outside source for medical care or other needs. You will not be informed or educated if you do not ask often. They do what is best for them mostly. Transportation sucks all over the place. My grandma was dying with dementia and they made house calls to only bill No concerns for her. They could have cared less about her declining health but of course they acted like they did. I wish I had removed her sooner. The absolute worst experience!!! Oh it started out good, post Covid and new staff all changed and downhill they went. To each their own but if I had to do it over I would removed my grandma sooner. Anything for Medicaid billing that who and what PACE is about. Oh and let me mention the negligence of continent care, slumped in wheelchair, food not cleaned from face. If she came home like this I can only and hate to imagine things that went on there. There should have been or should be more and better informative and educational sessions for caregivers since they are the medical suppose to be providers or lack of!!! The only class in this act is the supplies provided for consumer. Continent to be exact.

Hi Kris, We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. Our organization does not have control over the state/federal systems. We try our best to stay up to date with each individual’s information by communicating through our local contacts. We appreciate the feedback and will continue to make improvements as needed.
