I worked for Andre and Anita for almost two years. I have learned a lot.
Andre is a father to his company, Anita a mother.
I learned a lot from Andre, especially how to deal with customers, staff and colleagues.
What a fantastic man, first ask yourself the question, consider whether you have been clear to your customer, to your colleague, to everyone.
Never a pointing finger.
And yet a top-class manager (along with his wife). And then you can build a great company.
Others, Anita, you have been granted it, you are working very hard for it.
And if I have to be honest, I think it is a pity that I no longer belong to your team.
