      Can you expand on this a little, Steve? Are you a carrier/truck driver, former employee, or someone else? We do not seem to have your name on record as an employee, but you may have come in through a temp service. Feedback is a great tool, when information is included, even if it's critical. We investigate occurrences and reports but also tell our teams when we receive positive reviews. Can you offer any more information?

      We researched this occurrence - you or your dispatch called to inform us that you were running late. We told them we would do our best to work your load in since we had other appointments booked that day. You missed your appointment which was 10am by 3 to 4 hours.We do our best to accommodate drivers in these instances since unpredictable things can happen, but delays can occur when appointments are missed.
