My husband and I started a business a few years ago and decided we needed a factoring company. We chose Rivera and we do not have any regrets! We have an amazing Account Executive contact by the name of Rochel. She is prompt, courteous, communicates very effectively, and she makes sure that your priority is her priority. We love working with her! I am writing this review because I want business owners to know that there are non traditional ways of finding solutions to their business problems and Rivera should definitely be considered. Our business is growing rapidly and our payroll has basically tripled within the last couple of months. For those that are familiar with NET90.... this can seem like an infinite time to get these funds back into your own business. especially when you're in growth mode. Today we ran into a snag and it required immediate attention. Rivera's company Account Executive Manager, by the name of James K. really went above and beyond to ensure our business was not interrupted and operations would continue smooth. We truly appreciate him and the Rivera team. I truly recommend them.
