Ms. Carla whispered (loud enough for me to hear) to another employee (right in front of me) that I was "difficult". The other employee with big eyes looked at me embarrassed and said "I'm sorry". Back up...came in, waited my turn in a long line....while Ms. Carla (the only one at the register) was visiting and taking way too long to get to the next customer. People cut in front of me and went to the open storage door and yelled for help. They were helped while the rest if us stood in line waiting for Ms. Carla to finish each conversation. My turn, asked for a product. She said something that made no sense. Asked to please repeat as she has her English "verbs" mixed up. They "had" some is not the same as they "have" some. So when asked for clarification, before I traveled to another store,....."I was being difficult".......
