Cory was extremely helpful and generous with his time. He went above and beyond to assist and guide me in getting my lawn back to health from a failed sodding job by our builder. I am extremely grateful for his kindness and professionalism

Used them for three years. They were great at first: very responsive and proactive with our yard. Started dropping the ball occasionally about a year ago and then just not showing up when promised and not communicating. Then I started getting charged for services not provided. I tried contacting them multiple times. Finally got hold of Jason, the owner, who said he would look into it and call me right back. Never got a call back. Gave them MULTIPLE opportunities to retain my business by simply coming to do what was promised. Either got promised and not delivered or just no response at all. I'll be letting everyone to whom I have referred them know how disappointed I am. Would never use them again. One caveat: Marie, the office manager is GREAT. She did everything she possibly could to help me. The owners just did not want my business. I guess they don't want my neighbor's or my friends' business either because they all have the same complaints and frustrations that I do. I'll be contracting a new service and spreading the word.
