I have shopped here for 15 plus years with mostly positive experience until the past year or so. Since Jordan left a year or so ago I only get very poor service from this location. The customer service is non existent with the guy who seems to be in charge with a mustache. He is rude, not friendly, not helpful and acts as if your are bothering him. Just asking if they had a particular product in stock seemed to be too much of a task for him to be helpful with. Just got told that I could "look and see if its on the shelf yourself" instead of mr mustache just looking in the system to see if they or any other branches locally had that particular product. Such a shame that the service has went down hill so much here. Fortunately there are many other options in the Charlotte area including Howards and Harrell if anyone else is looking for products elsewhere that has experienced the terrible service that comes with Site One on Grier rd in Charlotte.
