Adair was the most unprofessional person I have ever come in contact with, she ignored questions, was rude. She made changes without asking. She is NOT a licensed contractor and should not be taking jobs that she knows she is legally not supposed to do. I had to fire her due to the unwillingness to communicate and she refused to provide me with proper accounting of the work. When I asked about the contractor license she never responded. We had a great experience with Adair. She re-worked our kitchen floor plan so ithas a better flow for cooking. We went shopping for our stone and it was so exciting to have it installed 6 days after we chose it. The next day our backsplash was put in . Our project took 3 weeks to complete but we had full use of the kitchen after 2 weeks. A schedule was sent to me daily . The workers were all very nice guys. Our kitchen is beautiful ! L. We had Adair redo our entire kitchen and tile several months ago and I have to say she was truly fantastic. We initially had only planned to do the counters but once Adair showed us her vision and laid things out we put all of our confidence in her and we were beyond thrilled with the results. All of her workers from tiles to plumbing were extremely professional and she was there keeping track of everything so we could continue with our working from home routines which need a lot of quite. Adair was great! from beginning to end she walked me through everything and always answered by text messages and phone calls. She provided me with great service and connected me with lots of wonderful professionals for work she didn't do. She was extremely helpful and we are so satisfied with everything!!!!

Hired them for a kitchen remodel. While the kitchen turned out nice, it was way over budget and Adair has still not given us a final accounting of the numbers nearly 3 months later. We were expecting Adair to oversee the project as a project manager, that's what we believed we were paying for. There was very little oversight and when things did go wrong she informed us "oh well I just put the contractors in touch with each other." The baseboards looked terrible after pulling out the tile, I asked what can be done, "oh you can install quarter round to cover it up" ok so we will pay for that. Still looked terrible, then the story changed to "oh no, that wasn't to cover it up, that was something you needed anyway". Also, now we have permit issues to deal with. No real quality control other than what we provided ourselves. We are very busy so we weren't looking to have to do that much QC ourselves. That's why we hired someone.
