Blue Nile

Ordered a rose gold ring before Christmas 2023, it came in and was not even the slightest bit pink, totally yellow gold, after talking with blue nile staff I was instructed to send it back. I sent it back and waited, after having the ring since the end of January they got back to me saying the ring was rose gold as Ordered. I disagreed with this and asked for a refund, it is now approaching the end of March and I still have no refund and feel like I am being given the run around. Find a better jewelry store, do not do business with Blue Nile.

Ruth Wetzel at the Charlotte, NC location is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! We booked a wedding ring consultation and she was patient, informative and did not pressure us to make a decision in any way! We ended up ordering our wedding bands through her (after she addressed our MANY questions!) Highly recommend Ruth and the Blue Nile team!

We had a wonderful experience with the staff at Blue Nile. Rojin was our primary sales representative, but each time I called or sent an email, every sales representative treated me in the same kind and courteous manner. After trying on multiple settings, looking at an endless number of gemstones, ordering three rings, and probably 50 different emails, Rojin helped us create exactly the engagement ring we were looking for! I could not be any happier with the quality and customer service provided by everyone at Blue Nile, but especially Rojin! A HUGE thanks to EVERYONE at Blue Nile of Charlotte!

JUST AWFUL!!!! I couldn't be more disappointed!!! Everything the associates at the store said was a lie! If you want to shop online and need no human interaction this is the place for you! I, on the other hand, prefer human customer service and "live" shopping experience. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR THAT! My husband ordered me a gorgeous, large, loose diamond for x-mas. We drove 2 hours to the store to pick a setting and wedding band to go with the solitaire. They didn't have anything I was interested in in the store, such a let down. Also, you can't buy anything from the store; they're all just samples with cubic zirconias. So, we had to place an order there at the store for what we wanted. The associates told us the solitaire and the ring guard would "lock together" once they were both the same size, 6.75. They also said it would take 2 weeks and would be completely returnable/refundable if we weren't happy.... 4 weeks later we finally received the rings and they were 2 different sizes and didn't "lock" together as promised. They told us that now the solitaire was not returnable since the 30 day window had passed (a 4 week turn around guaranteed that !). It was a gorgeous set I'll admit! So we decided to keep them but needed them soldered together. The store said it would take 2 weeks. I sent them in and after 1 week went on a chat to check status and was told it would take 4-6 weeks!? I AM LIVID!!! I want my rings!!! My husband spent a small fortune and I've been without the rings for almost 6 weeks total so far. No telling when I'll actually get to enjoy my rings; Blue Nile has all the money along with my rings. Save yourself the headache and just go to a brick and mortar "real" jewelry store!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BLUE NILE AGAIN!!!
