This family owned business was very helpful in picking what I needed and was even helped by the owners own son, Simon, who was extremely poised, professional, personal, and humorous. Even though I do not live close to the business, its very much worth the 2.5 hour drive so that my needs can be met by such a intelligent and helpful staff.

Absolutely loved my experience with Ballantyne Jewelers. The whole team was very welcoming and polite. Sami was who I worked with and he was so incredibly honest, kind, knowledgeable and was great with communicating updates. I was giving the opportunity to refall in love all over again with my wedding ring that Ive had for 12 years. I upgraded my diamond and wedding bands. I could not have asked for a better experience.
