    My wife's old phone finally quit and we were fortunate enough to be greeted and helped by Skylar.She was so patient and kind,so knowledgeable.After setting the phone up,she figured out how to transfer the pictures that were so valuable to my wife.I wish that every business transaction was handled with such courtesy and professionalism.

    I was in this store on March 8, 2024 to ask a question about upgrading my phone. That was it! When I arrived home I had alerts from TMobile regarding my new services !! I checked my account and the girl added 2 lines and an internet package to my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!! Do yourself a favor and go to a different store

    First thing that hit you in the face is the over powering scent from plug ins in every outlet. Theres a new girl in training with the driest disposition Ive ever seen. She didnt have an answer to a single question I asked. She had to go ask someone else. Who wants to spend $2500 receiving that kind of drive buy service. Hold times for the 800# are over 30 mins and I cant purchase online. Seems like either way you go you are screwed dealing with T-mobile. My head is still banging from the plug-ins

    We began going to this location when it first opened and were thrilled with the staff, so knowledgeable and great customer service and support. Lately, we have seen a complete turnover in staff. They're horrible. Unfriendly, dismissive and never solved our issues. We went to the South Park location, wonderful service and our issues were solved immediately! AVOID Old Post Rd. location no matter what!!!! Go to South Park!
