So I went online and filled out the form. Still waiting on a call back. Its been two days. So I decided to call. The phone just rang and rang. Then finally someone picked up. They didnt say anything but they were chewing food so I hung up. Double checked the number and yes I dialed the correct number. Sent a message on Instagram and still NO response. I just called and the receptionist literally said to me I dont understand what you are asking. A receptionist that doesnt understand a simple question. I wonder how the rest of the team members are? Yikes. I would literally be afraid to spend a dime with these people. How can they handle your website if they cant even handle a simple callback request or a phone call or even respond to an Instagram message??? Not sure how reputable Charlotte SEO is. First impressions are of the utmost importance. Ill look for another SEO company to help me.
