        Had my policy for less than a month, I noticed my rate had quadrupled. Called 5 times in the span of 12 days , to follow up and see if my rate would change if not so that I could cancel and no be charged the higher daily rate. The conclusion of the five call was too wait for the processing company, finally on the fifth time getting the same response I decided to cancel. Because I decided to wait those 12 days I ultimately paid an extra 168$+. As you can tell I had a great experience!

        Guy hit my vehicle. He took responsibility. This office still hasn't paid in a month, and doesn't call back for weeks. BBB here I come. Edit to reply to the owner: I have already escalated to management at the corporate level, they're on it.

        After not getting the car rental we needed,and the numerous excuses,the agent was unwilling to to cover all our expenses. My advice is get a lawyer and take them to court.
