I cannot express my gratitude enough for Tiger's help earlier today! She was so kind and helpful in answering my questions, and really made me feel understood. She offered advice on how to proceed and gave me the contact information for a third party repair service that was not only friendly and responsive, but also gave me a great quote that was significantly cheaper than what I could find online through other retailers. I just wanted to recognize Tiger as being an asset to Farm Bureau. I feel better knowing that my problem will be resolved tomorrow--thanks to her help!
