Horrible experience. They quality of the workmanship was terrible. They did not change the rubber seals on the doors. There were still huge gaps on the garage door. After they left, two of the doors no longer closed properly as they pulled themselves open. Horrible after sales service. They had to come twice to fix the poor workmanship. Then they sent a bill for their second visit that was to fix their mistakes from the first visit.

The Service Tech, Steve Newell, arrived on time and completed a thorough check of our garage doors. He noticed that one of the cables was faulty and replaced the faulty cable. Steve provided a thorough summary of the scope of work and made sure that the garage doors were working properly before advising me that the job was completed. Steve was very professional and his service was exemplary. Fabulous experience.

I received excellent service! An appointment was made earlier in the week and I was able to secure one 4 days later. The technician, Harold was terrific!! He was very courteous, personable, knowledgeable and arrived earlier than anticipated. He completed the job perfectly in a short time! He also gave me information concerning my garage doors, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely call upon Overhead Door for future needs and will let my family, friends and neighbors know what a great company this is. A very satisfied customer!!
