Ross & Whitmer was able to schedule a next-day appointment and get our AC working again promptly, as well as providing quotes for future work. Michael and Bobby were friendly and explained things very well! Would be happy to have them do work for us again. Service: HVAC system repair

We came home to a much cooler house and realized the downstairs heat was not working. This was at 1:30pm and we called Ross & Witmer and they had Kyle at our house at 3:00pm. Wonderful customer service!! Kyle found out what was wrong and replaced the part and we had heat again! He was such a nice young man and a great representative of the company. Ross & Witmer is a great company with very reliable service.

Kyle returned to replace a part he had identified as malfunctioning. He was able after the first visit to get the heat going on my second and third floors. Now I am confident that my entire house will be warm this winter. He is professional and personal and I hope I can get him back when needed.
