Eliteness Cleaning Maid Service of Charlotte

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Decided to give eliteness a shot because of their good reviews but was severely disappointed in the service provided. Paid extra for a deep clean and ALL services listed on the website under Deep Clean were not performed. Paid extra to have interior windows cleaned.. ALL windows were untouched. While in the house, our cleaner failed to wipe down countertops, sweep before mopping, and left streaks in our stainless steel. Complained to the company and they sent her back out to our house. She spent another hour providing the shallowest deep clean she could and went on her way. Signed off on the job because my wife and I were over the experience. Needless to say we will never use eliteness cleaning again and recommend you dont either.
