Was waiting for over 6 hours in ER before getting a room only to have to deal with lazy and apathetic staff. To be fair half of the nurses were ok, but the rest acted like they didnt want to be there. They have no problem letting you wait in pain for HOURS if it would be the slightest inconvenience to them!!! Not to mention the waiting rooms was very uncomfortable for one in pain. Especially when youre waiting for hours. Anyone in need of medical help, Id just choose a different ER/Hospital. Youll probably be saving time despite the longer drive given how long the wait times here are!

Atrium Health Pineville ER and 3rd Floor in the tower are horrible. Please do not take anyone you love to this hospital. My mother was in rehab at the atrium rehab behind the hospital. She was doing amazing and ended up with pneumonia while there. She was admitted to ER for two days, passed down to regular room and came home with hospice! The staff saw her as an old lady (83) and basically ignored her unless we were there, which was every morning until evening. She passed away a week from coming home from this horrible hospital.

I had an outpatient surgery here and the entire team was phenomenal! The nursing staff crushed it! Everyone that I saw explained their part of my care and made sure that I didn't have any questions. My IV stick was perfect! Dr. Steele is absolutely AMAZING! THANK YOU ATRIUM SURGICAL STAFF!
